About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to deliver personalised styling and exceptional service in our Toronto store.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with warm, professional service.

  • Offer product, size and styling advice to create an outstanding in-store experience.

  • Maintain store presentation, restock inventory and support visual merchandising.

  • Process purchases, exchanges/returns and online pickup orders accurately.

  • Contribute to daily sales goals and overall team performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred).

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • A great eye for styling, detail and presentation.

  • Weekend and holiday availability.

  • Legal right to work in Canada.

Pay & Benefits

  • $18.50–$22.50 per hour DOE + performance bonus.

Graphic Designer (E-commerce) — Vancouver / Hybrid (Canada)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to help shape our digital presence across web, email and social. You’ll create on-brand, conversion-focused visuals that bring Maple & Bloom to life online.

Responsibilities

  • Design web banners, product highlights and homepage/landing page assets.

  • Create visuals for email campaigns, social content and paid advertising.

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital channels.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and merchandising teams.

  • Prepare files for development and ensure clean, pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of graphic design experience (ideally in e-commerce).

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

  • Strong typography, layout and digital design skills.

  • Portfolio showcasing relevant web and marketing projects.

  • Legal right to work in Canada.

Pay & Benefits
